Q. Do you deliver?
A. Yes we deliver to anywhere in Ireland. There is a standard delivery fee of €25.00.
Q. How do I contact Odryer?
A. Odryer Ltd. Unit 11, 22 Thomas St. Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.
Q. What is the delivery time once the order is placed.
A. Delivery is usually 10 to 14 days from date of payment.
Q. How do I pay?
A. Bank Draft, Personal Cheque, Postal Order, or Electronic Payment to our bank account. Payment must be made prior to delivery.
Q. What are the dimensions of the Odryer?
A. The Odryer has a diameter of 2.440m (8 feet) and the height is adjustable to 2m
Q. Who will install my Odryer?
A. Odryer is designed for easy installation and should present no problem for the handy DIY person. Download Installation details here. We would also be more than happy to answer any installation queries you may have via email . However, if you require assembly & installation we have trained installers to fit your Odryer (at an additional cost).
Q. Will the Odryer be ok in windy weather?
A. The Odryer is designed to cope with gale force winds, however if you live in an extremely exposed area,we would recommend a wind break.
Q. What size is the base for the Odryer?
A. You can install the Odryer to an existing concrete area if it is in good condition. Otherwise you will need to prepare a concrete base. Dimensions are Diameter 40 to 45cm Sq. and 50 cm deep.
Q Do I have to have a concrete base?
A. No, we have designed a new product called Basebox. This is a galvanised steel box that can be installed in the ground in 20 minutes. The Base Box costs €49.00 and the dimensions are 20 cm square x 40 cm deep.
