It's Raining It Must Be The Summer Time!
Monday, July 13, 2009 at 12:49PM It is a miserable wet Irish summer day, clouds are down low but I am not. I am at the office taking ODRYER orders. My wonderful daughter is at home, doing a load of washing for me and hanging it out. I am disappointed about the weather but at least its not controlling when I can wash my clothes. I thank God for my inventor husband for designing and manufacturing a heaven sent essential item. I am not trapped with paying to get my clothes dried.
I have convinced my husband to set up the ODRYER at the caravan park in West Cork, so I will be able to get my clothes dry even when it rains and not have to waste holiday money and time waiting for tumble dryers to be free.
I have better things to spend my money on than heavy electricity bills. My electricity bill averages €50.00 per month and that means I have money to save for more important things like holidays.
Another tip for those of you trying to save money, while reducing your carbon footprint, is to wash your clothes in cold water, as it washes just as well and if you live in hard water area, like us, it should lengthen life of your washing machine.
